• Quotes are valid for a specified period, typically 7 days
• Final offer may vary upon physical inspection of the vehicle

4. Vehicle Ownership

You warrant that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle or have authority to sell it
• The vehicle is free from any liens, charges, or encumbrances
• All outstanding finance has been settled before sale
• The vehicle is not stolen or subject to any criminal investigation

5. Payment

• Payment is made on collection of the vehicle, typically by bank transfer
• Payment will be made directly to the bank account you specify
• We are not responsible for any delays in bank processing times

6. Collection

• We provide free collection service anywhere in the UK
• Collection times will be agreed upon between both parties
• The vehicle must be available at the agreed location and time
• You must provide all necessary documentation, including V5 logbook if available

7. Vehicle Condition

The vehicle will be inspected upon collection. If the condition differs significantly from that described in your quote request, we reserve the right to:

• Revise our offer
• Withdraw from the transaction

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchase price agreed. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Cancellation

Either party may cancel the transaction at any time before collection without penalty. Once collection has occurred, the sale is final.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of QuickBikeCash and is protected by copyright laws.
